The Excellence Centre for Coaching is the dedicated training and qualification division of the Dr. Bock Institute. Here, we develop a new generation of coaches and leaders—methodologically superior, humanly compelling, and defined by the highest professional integrity. As a premier destination for high-end coaching, the Centre is the direct successor to the renowned Dr. Bock Coaching Academy (DBCA), founded by Dr. Petra Bock in 2008 and frequently cited as the ‘Harvard of Coaching.’
At the Dr. Bock Institute (DBI), we carry this legacy forward, distilling 18 years of experience from training over 2,000 coaches and elevating it for a new epoch. Our programmes have been entirely redesigned for the DBI, underscoring our leadership in quality, credibility, and innovative power.
The DBI Alumni Network provides a curated environment for professionals trained at the Institute who wish to remain connected to our philosophy and methodology within a professionally managed community beyond their graduation.
