Training as a Cognitive-Systemic Business- and Life Coach (DBI)
The DBI certification offers a comprehensive 18-month journey across ten intensive, high-efficiency modules, delivering a complete education at the absolute frontier of methodological development.
You will master a professional stance and communication skills that allow you to establish authentic, resilient working relationships with anyone in a matter of minutes. You will learn to decode the cognitive world of your clients instantly, leading profound, sometimes life-changing conversations that drive genuine progress in both professional and private contexts.
In addition to classical systems theory, you will master Cognitive Systemics—a methodology developed by Dr. Petra Bock over 25 years of practical application. We teach a fundamentally new way of thinking that provides stability during turbulent transitions while fostering openness and a readiness to learn. Head of DBI Faculty
Dr Petra Bock is one of the most influential coaches in the German-speaking world and a pioneer of professional coaching. For more than 25 years, she has been supporting leading figures in business, politics and security, and during this time has played a key role in establishing coaching as a professional discipline in the German-speaking world.
Dr. Petra Bock is the founder of COGNITIVE SYSTEMICS and the coaching and consultancy methodology INNER CHANGE®, which is internationally trademarked. Her books have been translated into 15 languages and are considered standard works of modern transformation, shaping the practice of countless coaches and executives in recent years, her work has gained increasing recognition within psychiatric and psychotherapeutic circles.
Daniel hunziker
DBI Faculty Coach
Daniel Hunziker is a Faculty Coach at the Dr. Bock Institute. A former manager and high-performance athlete, he completed his full professional training at the predecessor institute, the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy (DBCA). As an experienced professional coach, he specialises in leadership and organisational dynamics. Daniel Hunziker works in close collaboration with Dr. Petra Bock and brings years of teaching experience in the education and advanced training of coaches at the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy.
